Key Responsibilities
Precision Programming: Program, set up, and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS.
Expert Inspection: Conduct visual, physical, and functional checks on raw materials and final products.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed quality logs and report trends to Engineering and Management.
Tool Calibration: Manage the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
Team Leadership: Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
CMM Expertise: Proven experience operating Mitutoyo CMM with the latest software.
Precision Tools: Expert in using flat tables, height gauges, and portable hand tools.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read complex blueprints and technical documents.
Manual Dexterity: Skilled in working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
