We are currently seeking an individual with experience in Service-Based scheduling. Experience in the HVAC Industry is preferred, but not required.
Other requirements:
- MUST be able to pass a drug and background check
- Great customer service skills
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales experience a plus but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Able to work under supervision.
- Able to self motivate, and assist when needed.
- Able to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Mac operating system & Microsoft Products
- Experience with multiple line phone systems and operations
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work some overtime/some weekends as needed.
- Must be trainable / coach able
