Accounting Assistant - Corona-
Must have 2 years of Accounting knowledge and experience: $18-24
Typing 35-40 WPM- will be tested
Requires strong verbal and written communication
Process Mail, and other Office Duties and Support
Data entry-10 key
AP/AR-must have knowledge and experience
Maintain spreadsheet/weekly check runs
Excellent Customer service
Match invoices to purchase receipts
Aging reports/apply payments
Resolve payment discrepancies
Process/Reconciliation on credit cards
Accounting software(no QuickBooks needed)
1 full time and 1 part time- Customer Service/Receptionist/Admin/Order Processing (Part-time for the first few weeks for training) Rancho Cucamonga $17-19 DOE
Excellent Phone skills and etiquette
Ability to answer high volume calls, take accurate messages and direct calls
Maintain appointments scheduling and reports
Proficient in Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks- will be tested
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Greet vendors, customer and staff
Check in all visitors’ customers, and vendors, with appointments scheduled
