WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant with exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail to join our growing team. This is an entry-to-mid level position that will support the Accounting Department and work closely with the Purchasing Team. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience, strong administrative capabilities, and a willingness to grow in the field of accounting and finance.
The Jr. Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting functions such as data entry, invoice tracking, organizing financial documents, maintaining digital and physical folders, and supporting accounts payable/receivable processes. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is a major plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses, logging transactions, and maintaining financial records
- Support the accounting team with invoice processing, purchase order tracking, and vendor follow-up
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documents, including receipts, reports, and statements
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and internal ledgers
- Update and manage spreadsheets in Excel for financial tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to ensure financial alignment with orders, deliveries, and inventory
- Help prepare documentation for audits and internal reporting
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as document scanning, filing, and calendar coordination
- Provide support to the Financial Controller and Office Administration teams on special projects
REQUIRMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative role (internships count)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Must be able to work in an on-site office and warehouse environment- ON-SITE ONLY! NO REMOTE WORK

PAY RANGE: $18.00- $22.00/ per hour
