About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lease-Up Consultant to join our team and support the successful lease-up of a luxury apartment community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leasing professional with a proven track record in luxury or high-end multifamily properties. The position will begin as a temporary role with the strong potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Drive lease-up efforts by generating interest, scheduling tours, and closing leases.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents while highlighting the unique features of the property.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and residents to ensure strong occupancy and retention rates.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, traffic, and follow-ups.
Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and community events to promote the property.
Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of leasing experience, preferably with luxury or new lease-up properties.
Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge of property management software a plus (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, Entrata).
