We are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join a multi-family apartment community. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to grow within a property management team and build a long-term career.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents
Conduct property tours and highlight community features
Handle leasing applications, renewals, and move-in processes
Maintain accurate records, leasing files, and reports
Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Work closely with property management and maintenance staff to ensure a positive resident experience
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Leasing experience in a multi-family property environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using leasing/CRM software and basic computer applications
Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
Bilingual Preferred
