Duties are as follows but not limited to: SPANISH SPEAKING A MUST Banning Local Preferably
1. Check all emails, Phone messages and mailbox daily and respond daily. When packages are delivered to park and notify Owner as to when received and location of packages So other employees know where the item is.
2. Clean public areas in the park which include recreation room, bathroom, and laundry room.
3. Be on call for emergencies only that concern the park.
4. Be available for rent week, collect checks, enter in check machine then enter in QuickBooks, update drobox as well as make sure all deposits are correct.
5. Handle all meter read corrections no later than next day from being received from meter reader as well as update QuickBooks with meter reads for customer billing towards the end of the month.
6. Have a strong knowledge of the “Mobile Home Residency Law” each year as required by the HCD governing body.
7. Close laundry after work at 7pm on a daily basis as well as open and close 7am to 7pm on weekends. We can discuss this further
8. Field customer issues and forward complaints or concerns to Owner.
9. Monthly Report on time and with all data that is requested inside spreadsheet( this will be a item after training is completed)
10. Walk Park daily looking for issues concerns that may be issues of danger or concern, including leaks, fire hazards, violations and any issues that don’t follow park rules,
