INTERNAL 2ND SHIFT WAREHOUSE STAFFING ON-SITE SUPERVISOR
MUST BE BILINGUAL AND FLUENT IN SPANISH, STAFFING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

We are seeking to hire on a second shift On-Site Supervisor to our internal team for our Redlands warehouses that we service. This is a full-time position and must be able to work overtime, have a flexible schedule and have reliable transportation as this position does require driving to numerous warehouses that we service all within a 3 block radius. Staffing experience is preferred for this position but not mandatory. Customer service experience is required, and must have Microsoft office experience. This position requires to have exceptional communication skills with internal staff and senior level management via in person or e-mail. This position requires to able to compose/have proper email etiquette. Must be able to have critical thinking skills and able to de-escalate situations if required. Must be fluent in Spanish as we have some Spanish speaking only associates and must be able to assist them as needed.
