Job Description:

Looking for a personal helper to run business with the owner. Small crew with plans to expand. Must be able to see projects and document activities. Construction and welding shop. Both.

CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED.

BASICALLY RUNNING THE OFFICE.

Must be able to work alone.

Prepare payroll, time sheets,

Parts purchase and document.

Completing reports, prioritizing projects, completing the activities log and making sure that personnel are knowledgeable and qualified about the task given.

Making sure that smooth operations in all business departments is achieved.

Hiring/Firing, personnel performance reviews & payroll process.

Traveling & site visits are required for this position.

Possess at least 3-4 years relevant work experience, good oral and written skills for effective communication.

Strong customer service experience, knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; and attention to detail and type at least 40 wpm.

Have comprehension on procedures and policies that are associated in their field

Motivate and manage employees

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel/Google Sheets.

Analyze plan documents and prepare quality takeoffs

Develop bid estimates along with detailed proposals.

Identify special requirements, quantify and price accordingly

Track and be involved in project issues as they relate to cost

Administer project budgets and buy out sub-tier contractors
