Manufacturing company in Apple Valley seeks a highly organized, fast-learning, and detail-oriented office administrator with 1+ year of experience supporting executives and managing office operations. Applicant must be proficient in calendar management, document preparation, inventory management/purchasing, logistics/transportation scheduling, and Microsoft Office Suite. Adept at handling confidential information and maintaining a professional atmosphere. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Monday- Friday Full time 34 hrs
$18.00/hr starting wage with opportunity for increase after 90-day probationary period. Health insurance and PTO benefits available.
