Gottschalk Construction is currently seeking a reliable office personal to add to our team. We are a residential construction company that serves all of San Diego county up to oceanside. Our office is located in Temecula and this is not a remote position. We perform services such as, dry wall repairs, maintenance, fence repairs, remodels, water damage repairs, and misc. work that include a wide range of construction and maintenance services. Health benefits are offered after the probationary period.
Duties would include scheduling, answering phones, answering emails, communicate clearly and professionally, and provide accurate data entry with good organizational skills. We are a small office and need someone who is reliable, easy to work with and who can work as a team and independently. Must be willing and have the capability to learn about construction, materials, and pricing. Someone with property management experience is ideal but not required, we will train the right person.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
QuickBooks, Scheduling, dispatching
Technically proficient in office applications such as Google works and MS Office
Able to focus on phones, emails, updates, etc at the same time
