We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team at MK Sales,Inc for our Riverside, CA location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and onsite/offsite warehouses. The Office Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to sales/purchasing/distribution of our products and services, additionally handling general customer inquires.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Organize and schedule appointments/deliveries
Write and distribute emails, purchase orders, letters, and forms
Assist in the receiving and entering of sales orders
Provide general support to visitors/ walk-in customers
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High school diploma
Essential function bilingual English/Spanish
