Full Time Office Assistant
MUST BE AVAILABLE AFTERNOONS/EVENINGS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS, as our office is open, 2pm-10pm, 7 days a week.
Seeking an organized and reliable individual to join our team!
In this role you will be providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-desk management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries and delivering messages promptly and efficiently.
Administrative tasks: Assist with a variety of administrative duties, including typing, filing, organizing documents, and managing records.
General support: Provide ad hoc support to team members and owner assisting with various projects and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
Required skills and qualifications
Organizational skills: Demonstrate ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone etiquette.
Computer proficiency: Comfortable with common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and adaptable to learning new systems.
Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in completing tasks.
Dependability: Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience as an office assistant or in a administrative role is a plus.
