Construction office seeks an experienced office coordinator to handle administrative tasks. Examples of duties would be document processing, proposal preparing, phone answering and call routing, productivity reports, light spreadsheet input and employee scheduling. The successful candidate should be computer literate, able to professional speak on the phone, and knowledge in Office 365 products.
