Need an office manager to do billing, file, make phone calls, send billing, follow up on billing, fill out pre qualifications, track existing jobs, manage calendar. Etc. Construction company looking for someone who is ok working alone, willing to take the extra step. Comfortable making calls to customers/potential new customers. QuickBooks experience required. Part time to start, can move to full time.
