$22.00-24.00/Hour
3rd shift (10 pm to 7 am)
Duties:
The Full-Time on-site supervisor will be the first point of contact for our client. Ensure customer
satisfaction, promptly answer to all requests and inquires. Assist client to resolve personnel issues
and disciplinary actions. Maintain track of all of our employees assigned, turnover ratio and
terminations. Manage daily onsite operations. Head counts, check in new associates, set them up on
the time clock and provide first day orientation. Manage all employees’ punches and questions
related to their time card and payroll. Assist the branch with the onboarding process, Recruits,
interviews, and filling vacant positions. Complete any additional duties/projects as assigned.
Schedule:
-Full-time. 40 hours per week, plus occasional overtime when needed. Must be available to work
weekends.
-Must be flexible depending on client and branch needs.
Primary duties for the On-Site supervisor will include:
● Nurturing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with our client partner;
anticipating staffing requirements and expectations and developing value-added
services to support changing client needs
● Recruiting, hiring and onboarding of hourly production employees
● Managing all aspects of field employee employment at the site
● Developing creative, proactive solutions to staffing and performance challenges
● Fostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace
safety
● Personifying our organization at the client work site; demonstrating the company's and
the area's core values, operating principles, and service differentiators
● Reporting documentation, Payroll and communication with client partner and
management.
● Requirements for this Admin/ Recruiter role include:
● At least 1 years of related staffing and/or management experience
● Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred, but Spanish is not required.
