Role Overview:
This is an on-site, in-office role in Temecula, where you’ll work directly with me. I’m seeking a personal assistant who is reliable, open-minded, and enthusiastic about helping with both light administrative work and wellness activities. You’ll be someone I can talk to, brainstorm with, and rely on to keep me centered while keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with scheduling, organization, and day-to-day office tasks
- Supporting light routines (stretching, walking breaks, eating, and basic wellness practices)
- Helping create a low-stress work environment
- Being a thoughtful listener and open-minded sounding board
- Coordinating errands and occasional personal tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Professional, positive, and supportive demeanor
- Interest in wellness, fitness, or stress management techniques
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working one-on-one in an office environment
- Open communicator who can balance professionalism with a personable touch
About Me: I’m an entrepreneur, business owner, and generally busy person. I’m in good shape, but the pace of my work can be intense - so I'll forget to eat, or just get bogged down mentally and not realize it. I’m looking for someone who can help me stay balanced, organized, and on top of both my professional and personal routines.
Hours: Flexible, part-time with potential to grow in to a more substantial role, if desired.
Compensation: $16 $22 per hour - Depends on Experience
