NOTE: We are Hiring a Full Time Maintenance Manager as well as a part time assistant property manager. This position requires relocating to an apartment onsite.
Overview:
Seeking experienced and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor & Asst. Resident Manager Team for 60+ unit Apartment Community in City of Redlands, CA.
Ideal candidates possess a minimum of 3 years of verifiable management and maintenance experience in CA with referrals/references. Experience in general maintenance and turnovers, including plumbing, electrical, irrigation/Landscape, and knowledge of building construction codes/repairs a plus. Experience with tenant relations, Computer skills, additional training in Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant Laws is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Most Maintenance at Subject Property-All Maintenance/Repairs in Individual Units.
Handle Calls/Requests from residents for Repairs-Prioritize and perform all Maintenance/Work Orders, to the best of ability. Work with Leasing Manager on Apartment Turn Overs and Upgrades, oversee work performed by all Vendors. Perform Move-in/Moveout inspections and assist in submitting reports as needed. Update and perform maintenance in vacant units in preparation for new occupancy, Oversee Grounds in general.
