We are looking for a Bilingual Part Time Property Manager for a 14 unit apartment complex in San Bernardino. We do have a 1 bedroom unit available if you are looking to live on-site or you must maintain a specified number of hours monthly & respond to any emergencies during normal business or after hours.
Responsibilities:
- Apartment leasing ability and serving legal notices
- Regularly interacting with tenants, make sure tenants are following rules & regulations
-Quality control inspections
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field, prior experience as a property manager is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Proactive problem solving.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Must be reliable, able to work independently, dependable, honest, sociable and detailed oriented.
