Crawford Real Estate Services, Inc. (CRES, Inc.), a leading private money lending firm specializing in trust deed investments, is looking for a Marketing & CRM Coordinator to support our growing team with marketing, CRM organization, loan officer support, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow CRES’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish marketing content highlighting loan closings, trust deed opportunities, and investor education.
Maintain and segment contact databases in Salesforce CRM (borrowers, investors, and referral partners)
Assist loan officers with CRM workflows, email campaigns, and lead follow-up
Design email templates and manage campaigns using tools like Mailchimp and Canva
Maintain an up-to-date calendar of local and industry-specific real estate events, mixers, and networking opportunities
Help schedule and coordinate in-house or sponsored events, investor meetings, and broker presentations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with social media marketing, Salesforce CRM, and email marketing platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in content creation and scheduling tools
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and work independently
Knowledge of real estate, private lending, or trust deed investing
Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
