Responsibilities:

Attendance of Team Sales Meetings/Training Presentations

Lead follow up reported to Management Team through our online system

Monthly goal setting

Full Time positions only

Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs

Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline

Provide world class customer service to buyers

Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM

Convert leads into customers

Write and negotiate contracts for customers

Help customers choose mortgage options that meet their needs

Educate your customers and clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience

Qualifications:

Experience in sales, hospitality, real estate, and/or a related field

Team player

Excellent communication skills

Spanish speaking would be a plus

The ability to work daily with a full real estate schedule

Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude

Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends and market conditions

Familiarity with our local real estate market

Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

An active real estate license in California

Coachable, we believe you are always learning and evolving

A little jaded, we know its a hard industry

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $60,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
