My goal is to set up a non-profit in the future, and purchase Land and get tiny homes, so they can take a shower and change their clothes and find a job. I also have a goal for volunteers for Mental Health Counseling, and Drug Counselors for Rehabilitation. This is my passion as I have been 27 years sober.

When escrow closes I will use $500.00 to feed the homeless. I have two goals to reduce homelessness and to provide affordable housing in the community, for a deserving buyer who can't afford home ownership thru traditional financing.
Though I am a license Real Estate Agent in California and can list homes for Sale. I would prefer to buy homes at a discount and create opportunity for a buyer to have home ownership. I am specifically speaking of home buyers who can't qualify for tradition financing at this time. As you know Housing Affordability and homelessness is a real issue in society today.
