Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Type: Full-time, 3 shift options available:

6:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M.

8:30 A.M.-5:30 P.M.

10:30 A.M.-7:30 P.M.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Mortgage, 2 year (Preferred)

License: Mortgage Loan Originators License

NMLS (Required)

Mortgage Dove Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our growing team of mortgage professionals and leaders. As a loan agent at Mortgage Dove Inc., you will have the opportunity to utilize your industry skills and knowledge base to expand and support your professional and personal goals.

At Mortgage Dove Inc., the Loan Officer facilitates residential mortgage purchase and refinance loans and advises borrowers on available finance options. This includes obtaining applications as well as coordinating and assisting in the processing and closing of loans. The Loan Officer will develop and maintain existing client relationships as well as take daily incoming calls to identify and pursue potential new client opportunities. The Loan officer is also responsible for making effective decisions based on a mixture of data analysis resources and experience in order to seek a complete course of action as well as be able to clearly articulate recommendations in writing and verbally.

Detailed Job Description:

Responsible for taking incoming calls throughout the day and origination of self-generated residential mortgages.

Complete loan applications, quote loan programs and qualify loans.

Accurately obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, other financial information as well as all necessary documentation to submit a loan.

Explain to clients the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.

Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.

Maintain regular contact, connection and open communication with clients to help guide them through the loan transaction process.

Responsible for ensuring that outstanding service is delivered to our clients.

Perform business development activities to increase recurring production including maintenance of a client database, client and customer calling/monitoring efforts and additional activities as proposed by management.

Manage personal loan pipeline and the loan process to ensure loans fund in a timely manner.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

We offer 3 shifts with Flexible hours.
