Job Overview
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a residential community. You will play a key role in maintaining tenant satisfaction, ensuring property compliance, and fostering a sense of community among residents.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations
- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations
- Conduct property tours and oversee the leasing process
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities and financial transactions
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property upkeep
- Organize community events to promote resident engagement and satisfaction

- Proficiency in property management practices and legal administrative procedures
