job title: Property Manager Magic Mart LLC is looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial properties in Riverside and San Bernardino County. We are looking for a property manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing apartments as well as exceptional communication skills and dependable.
Compensation:
From $4000.00 to $5600.00 monthly salary based on experience
5 paid holidays
Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day management of the property
Manage cleaning and maintenance
Collection and documentation of rents and tenant charges in Appfolio
Schedule vendors and staff for optimum turnover speed and efficiency
Respond to tenant concerns in a professional and timely manner
Ensure that all required reports are completed and delivered when due
Communicate with maintenance to ensure prompt completion of repair
Job Type: Full-time
Experience/Requirements:
Experience working as a property manager, minimum of 3 year
Experience managing a building with 30+ units
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Appfolio Experience Preferred
GED or HS Diploma
Valid Driver's license is a MUST and Auto Insurance (Required)
Reliable vehicle is a MUST
Bilingual is a plus
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to show/inspect units
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
