Job title: Property Manager Magic Mart LLC is looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management. We are looking for a property manager with at least 3 years of experience managing apartments, exceptional communication skills, and dependable.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day management of the property
Manage cleaning and maintenance
Collection and documentation of rents and tenant charges in AppFolio
Schedule vendors and staff for optimum turnover speed and efficiency
Respond to tenant concerns in a professional and timely manner
Ensure that all required reports are completed and delivered when due
Ensure prompt completion of repair
Job Type: Full Time
Experience/Requirements:
Experience working as a property manager, minimum of 3 years
Experience managing a building with 30+ units
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) AppFolio Experience Preferred
GED or HS Diploma
A valid Driver's license is a MUST, as well as Auto Insurance (Required.
Reliable vehicle is a MUST
Bilingual is a plus
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to show/inspect units
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Wiling to travel 100 miles each way 1 or 2 days out of the week. When need it!
