Overview:

Aurora Resource Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant (Marketing) to join our clients dynamic team in Upland, CA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting real estate transactions and ensuring smooth operations within our office. This position requires a strong understanding of real estate administrative tasks, customer service, and organizational skills. A background in property management or familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is a plus. Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Assist in preparing and processing real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.

Maintain organized files and databases for property listings, client information, and transaction records.

Conduct market research to assist agents in pricing properties competitively.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.

Help coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events as needed.

Stay informed about local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance.

Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media accounts.

Share, like, and comment on our social media post.

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate administrative support is preferred.

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with sales techniques and negotiation strategies is a plus.

Understanding of property management principles and real estate law is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
