Media Marketing Coordinator – will be responsible for, implementing, and managing marketings systems to recruit real estate agents. This role will focus on simple video production, digital, social media, and content marketing, ensuring that recruitment campaigns are engaging, targeted, and effective. You will work closely with the owner broker of a large well established national franchise firm to support agent count growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing: Create, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting real estate agents.
Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media accounts to build brand awareness and generate interest from potential recruits.
Content Creation: Using brand content and resources , including blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, recruitment ads, and videos that resonate with target audiences.
Brand Development: Collaborate with leadership to maintain and enhance the brand identity, mesing, and recruitment strategies.
Email Campaigns: Design and execute text and email marketing campaigns to targeted lists of potential real estate agents, maintaining CRM systems to follow up on leads generated from digital efforts.
Event Promotion: Coordinate and promote recruitment events such as webinars, virtual open houses, and career fairs using digital platforms and media.
Lead Nurturing: Assist in managing CRM systems to track leads and communication efforts, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement with potential agents.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

Graphic design skills are a plus (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Experience with CRM systems for tracking and reporting recruitment leads.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
