We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to host open houses on weekends for our properties. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field or supplement their current real estate activities.
Responsibilities:
- Host open houses on both Saturday and Sunday for a minimum of 3 hours each day.
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for potential buyers visiting the property.
- Set up and take down open house signs and ensure the property is presentable.
- Use provided marketing materials and flyers to showcase the property's features.
Requirements:
- Must have an active real estate license.
- Availability to commit to weekends and flexibility in scheduling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel to different properties as needed.
Additional Details:
- Marketing materials, flyers, and open house signs will be provided by our company.
- A guest sign-in sheet is required for each open house.
- Guest sign-in sheets must be emailed to josh@magnumrealtygroup.com promptly after each open house concludes.
