Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the store manager in various aspects of store operations, including customer service, staff supervision, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts. Oversee store cleanliness and organization to maintain a professional and inviting environment.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
