What You’ll Do
Sales order processing: Handle phone/email orders; confirm availability, ETAs, and substitutions; manage backorders and follow-ups.
Parts lookups: Accurately identify parts using catalogs/EPC equivalents; ensure VIN/part accuracy to reduce returns.
Shipping/receiving: Packing and dispatching outbound shipments; verify accuracy and condition; resolve discrepancies with vendors.
Returns and warranty: Process returns/warranty claims and core returns; track credit memos and resolve issues promptly.
Tools and Systems
QuickBooks (basic accounting) for invoicing, credits, and A/R coordination
Microsoft Excel for pricing matrices, inventory tracking, and reporting
What You Bring
Experience in sales/customer support is a plus
Dealership or collision parts background is a plus
Tesla/EV-specific knowledge and EV safety awareness is a plus
Customer-first mindset with strong phone/email sales etiquette
Detail orientation and accuracy with part identification and documentation
Solid vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
Licenses and Checks
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR required
Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted
Frequent standing, walking, and warehouse activity as needed
Language
Speaking Chinese is a plus
