Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic candidate that is responsible, reliable, friendly, and outgoing in addition to a good work ethic that will help service our shipping and packing business.Some of our team responsibilities are to . . .- help customers, providing excellent customer service- answer phone calls- stock merchandise- process shipments- pack fragile items- sort the mail- keep the store clean and organized- participate to several marketing campaigns
Qualifications and Skills
The following are the requirements:-Experience in one or more of the following:-customer service and sales-UPS, FedEx, or Experience in any packing and shipping industry/business-printing and document finishing High school degree (minimum)-Computer Literate - Word, Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.,-Available Monday-Saturday mornings to evenings,Able to lift 50 lbs from floor to counter.Ability to Multi-task
Both live scan operation and Notary Public are preferred and greatly favored, but are not required.Applicant will be required to pass a Department of Justice background check to qualify for Notary Public and LiveScan operator.
