Armed Security Guard Needed for Shop
Job Description:
TUESDAY - SATURDAY
11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
30 Min Unpaid Break
Professionally Dressed with Company Uniform
Guard is required to prevent shoplifters from fleeing with merchandise. The guard will lock the door and ask the shoplifter to return the items. If the shoplifter refuses, the guard will call the police and have them arrested and retrieve the stolen items. If the shoplifter decides to leave the items and return them the door will be unlocked and allow the shoplifter to leave with-out notifying police of their actions.
The shift is a total of 8.5 hours long. The guard will work 4 hours and then take a 30 min unpaid break. The guard will then work another 4 hours and then be dismissed to go home.
The guard needs to be Attentive and NOT ON THEIR PHONES. They will be allowed to take calls however being on your phone and watching your screen will not be tolerated. The guard is expected to stand while working the shift except when he or she is on break.
The guard is expected to carry out their job in a professional manner and treat everyone with respect at all times.
