High-volume nightclub in Downtown Riverside is hiring an experienced Door Manager for Friday and Saturday nights (5 hours each night).
Requirements:
Must be professional, calm, and customer-service oriented
Able to make quick decisions under pressure
Minimum 2 years front door experience at a busy nightclub
Must own a suit
Valid California Guard Card required
Duties include:
Managing entry and exit
Screening patrons
De-escalating situations as needed
Representing the club with professionalism
