POSITIONS OPEN in Perris for full-time Unarmed Security Guards for Thursday through Sunday, Thursday, and Friday 1700-0500 (12-hour shift) Saturday and Sunday 2100-0500 (8-hour shift) a BSIS-issued guard card. Must have good work ethic, good attendance, professional appearance and demeanor, and be a team player. Must have good computer skills with an ability to multi-task and be able to communicate over the radio effectively. Good communication and people skills are a plus. Some additional duties include foot patrols. Starting hourly pay is $17.00.

Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports for management review.
Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is preferred.
Valid security guard license (BSIS).
Experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and surveillance equipment is beneficial.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert for extended periods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with the public.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism.
