Product knowledge: Understanding the features, capabilities, and characteristics of vehicles.
Customer follow-up: Maintaining customer relationships and following up with buyers to ensure satisfaction.
Professional appearance: Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
Communication: Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
