We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in the staffing industry to help us expand our presence in the Inland Empire. We have several offices in the region and can provide staffing for both temporary high-volume and direct-hire positions. Ideally, we are searching for someone with a strong existing client base who can seamlessly integrate with our well-established team.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets within your designated territory.
-Educate potential clients about the benefits of our compliant, reliable, and cost-effective solutions, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
-Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring that all agreements meet company standards and client expectations.
-Establish and sustain strong relationships with both existing and new clients, nurturing long-term partnerships.
-80% out on the field, 20% in office
-Reporting directly to Area Manager
-Responsible for sending Daily recap to Area Manager
Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in a business development-focused role, specifically within the staffing industry.
-A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
-Existing books of business are STRONGLY preferred.

Pay: $70,000 base + uncapped commission
