Pay: Guaranteed hourly PLUS 30% commission
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Collections Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting outstanding balances on (OOS) Consumer Collections accounts. This is a remote position based in the Inland Empire area, offering competitive pay and the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions.
Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls to consumers to collect on delinquent accounts
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements
Meet or exceed collection targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
Previous closer experience in a collection setting
Reliable own laptop or computer and internet connection
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
Reliable, motivated, and results-oriented attitude
