OUR CALL CENTER IS LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE RETENTION SPECIALIST
- Must have Previous experience in over the phone sales / call center
-Above average multi-tasking skills, being self-motivated and career oriented will help you excel
-Punctuality/ Attendance is mandatory
-Great communication skills, basic computer skills is a must
Working effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
Daily activities include:
Taking Inbound calls from customers for various customer questions or inquiries
Providing information regarding Auto policy and procedures to retain current customers from cancellation
Documenting important information relating to accounts in detail
Performance evaluation after 90 days probation for pay increase
Punctuality/ Attendance is Mandatory during probation
Hours of Operation Monday Through 7am-4pm
Weekly Pay every Friday
Bonuses paid weekly
