We are currently seeking an experienced Golf Pro Shop Sales Clerk to join our golf operations team immediately.
Position Summary:
The Golf Pro Shop Sales Clerk is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting guests with merchandise and golf services, and supporting the daily operations of the pro shop. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist golfers and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle sales transactions accurately, including merchandise and green fees.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations for golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays.
Assist with tee time scheduling, tournament check-ins, and customer inquiries.
Work closely with golf professionals and outside service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Restock inventory and help with inventory control.
Follow all club policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in golf retail, customer service, or hospitality.
Knowledge of golf products and the game of golf.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system experience.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
