Job Description
We’re looking for motivated Appointment Setters to engage Walmart shoppers in Temecula, offer free samples of our alkaline water, and book appointments for follow-up consultations about our water filtration systems. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-only pay. Earn $20 per appointment you successfully schedule. This is a position that we will quickly move you to a salesperson where top performers can earn $100,000-$300,000 with a very competitive compensation plan.
Responsibilities
Approach customers and offer free alkaline water samples.
Qualify leads and book appointments for consultations.
Meet performance targets—top performers book at least one appointment every 15 minutes.
Manage your own schedule and work independently.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
Goal-driven and self-motivated.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
