We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team at our garden supply store. This position requires someone who enjoys hands-on work, can handle physical labor, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection, loading, and general inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and stocking heavy garden supplies (soil, mulch, fertilizers, tools, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, both indoors and outdoors
Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently as needed
Support daily store operations, including inventory management and restocking
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
