We are seeking an applicant with terrific telephone and social skills to help drive our sales and customer service mindset in a positive direction. This is not intended for cold call solicitation purposes, but rather, to assist, advise, and sell to our clients that call in to our nurseries and farms looking for the perfect plants/trees, and design for their landscape. It all starts on the phone. It is such a wonderful experience to see your landscape design concepts come to life and make a happy customer! Transformation is our goal!
Our beautiful and cozy Lake Arrowhead location did over $1.1 million in sales last year and we opened in late May 2023. Just imagine your potential with the community exposure we have already had. The primary function of this role is: SALES, SALES, and more SALES! Furthermore, you are responsible for developing, qualifying, closing, and maintaining new business, managing your territory, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships even after the sale is made. You will have the advantage of unlimited earning potential + bonus opportunities and company benefits.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00+ per year. Our top earner at this store sold over $100k every month for 5 out of the 6 months the store was open, and was ranked 5th company wide against year long veterans!
