We pay our lead generators $300 for each health policy issued. It takes 1-2 weeks in underwriting and then we are advanced our commission and we pay the lead generator the next day. This company pays commissions to us every Tuesday or Thursday. We also pay our lead generators $2,500 or 30% (whichever is greater) per policy for any other policies that are written, such as annuities, IUL's, and life settlements. These are all very high commissioned policies and each one of these types of policies are quality vehicles that help people. Yes, these are very high fees that we pay our lead generators, but again, we know the value of lead generators and we pay accordingly. We wouldn't have the business without them. Our top producers are earning six figures and some of our lead generators have evolved into very successful agents. This, of course, is optional.
We require a $200 deposit up front, which is refunded with your first piece of business. For that deposit we provide our lead generators with UNLIMITED FREE leads. We do not charge anything for leads, ever. We provide a script with all the information lead generators need regarding this plan. This is not sales. Lead generators provide information so that anyone wanting to find out more regarding this coverage, and if they can qualify, is a lead for a licensed agent who will call them back, answer any questions they may have, and create a customized quote. We also provide our lead generators with ongoing support, all day long, whenever they need anything. We provide updates on all leads so that the lead generator knows exactly what is going on with their leads and how their leads are progressing. And again, the deposit is refunded with the first piece of business.
