Educational Outreach: Educate clients on the importance of life insurance, its benefits, and the role it plays in financial planning.

Sales and Marketing: Proactively prospect, network, and generate leads through various channels to expand the client base.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and adjustments as needed.

Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies in the sale and servicing of insurance products.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, underwriters, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, address client inquiries, and optimize service delivery.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and product innovations to enhance knowledge and performance.

Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications:

License: Possess a valid life insurance license issued by the appropriate state regulatory authority.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or financial services is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with a strong sales background and a passion for helping others.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and conveying complex insurance concepts in simple terms.

Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs, evaluate coverage options, and recommend appropriate solutions.
