We are seeking knowledgeable and customer-oriented dispatchers to join our team, Age 18+. As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a marijuana dispensary setting. We are looking for a part-time worker with open availability throughout the week including weekends & holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide information on different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock and rotate products on shelves
-Upsell products to increase sales revenue
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attentions n to detail
