Online Parts Distributer is looking for a Full-time employee who has EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE in Motorcycle, UTV and Off-Road vehicles suspension components. This Customer Service Representative position is responsible for maintaining the daily sales activity and managing customer accounts.
Applicant must be technically knowledgeable with suspension components.
Main Job Tasks & Duties:
-Deal directly with customers offering the highest level of customer service in a quick and professional manner.
-Take orders via Phone, Email, and Web, ensuring they are recorded correctly
-Maintain customer accounts within QuickBooks, as well as relations with the customer
-Work closely with all department, watching trends and offering suggestions on areas to develop and target
-Lead and drive the productivity of the sales team to work at the highest degree of efficiency and accuracy, setting the example for others to follow
Requirements:
-Technical knowledge about suspension and its components, General powersports knowledge
-Proven sales and customer service abilities
-Excellent attention to detail
-Great verbal and written communication
-Applicant must be a hard worker, self-starting, self-motivated with great attendance
-Applicant must be highly organized and customer focused
