We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Closer to manage inbound calls from realtors and partners, underwrite deals, and guide transactions through closing. This role is strictly inbound-only—no outbound prospecting or cold calling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in underwriting, and skilled at closing qualified real estate opportunities efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from realtors, brokers, and referral partners
Evaluate and underwrite real estate deals (pricing, risk, eligibility, and terms)
Structure offers and communicate terms clearly to stakeholders
Move qualified deals through the pipeline from intake to successful closing
Coordinate with internal teams (processing, legal, title, funding) as needed
Maintain accurate records in CRM and underwriting systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Provide exceptional service to realtor partners throughout the transaction
What This Role Is NOT

Qualifications
Experience in real estate sales, closing, underwriting, or transaction coordination
Strong understanding of real estate transactions, valuations, and deal structures
Ability to assess risk and make sound underwriting decisions
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working multiple deals simultaneously
Preferred Experience
Background in real estate investing, lending, wholesaling, or brokerage
Experience working directly with realtors and brokers
Familiarity with CRM and underwriting software
License not required (unless specified by employer)
