Engage & Inspire: Conduct dynamic virtual sales presentations across 25 states—including Puerto Rico and Hawaii—to educate homeowners on the remarkable benefits of solar energy.
Earn $7,000 - $10,000 average commissions depending on locations.
Guide the Journey: Lead potential customers through every step of the solar transition, making sustainable living accessible and affordable.
Exceed Targets: Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals while making a real impact in the renewable energy movement.
Solar Setters:
If you excel at connecting people and setting the stage for success, this role is for you. As a Solar Setter, you will:
Book Success: Schedule appointments for our closers, ensuring every presentation is a step towards a brighter future.
Earn Fast: Benefit from our “fast pay” program—get paid immediately after each proposal presentation, starting at $50 (up to $100 based on volume).
Grow & Transition: Enjoy commission opportunities on projected revenue at permitting and installation/PTO, with the option to evolve into a full-fledged solar sales role and close your own deals.
What You’ll Do:
Virtual Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging, informative sessions that highlight the advantages of solar energy.
Customer Education: Clearly explain financing options, including power purchase agreements and leases.
Accurate Guidance: Provide up-to-date pricing, warranty details, and product information.
Sales & Satisfaction: Close deals, achieve monthly targets, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
Experienced: You have proven sales experience—solar or a related industry is a plus.
Communicative: Your strong presentation and communication skills set you apart.
Self-Driven: You’re a motivated self-starter who excels at working independently and managing your own schedule.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with virtual platforms and digital sales tools.
