Delta Trucking Inc. seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Construction Project Manager and Hauling Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the efficient dispatch of trucks and sales efforts for new construction project hauling needs.
Accurately predict trucking and disposal costs based on building specifications and materials requiring removal.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and purchase orders for all project materials.
Manage bid pricing from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of estimates.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Effectively communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and ongoing projects.
Analyze project scope to accurately bid and manage project budgets.
Possess a strong understanding of Hard & Soft Demolition procedures and best practices.
Utilize QuickBooks software for financial management.
Interpret project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Excel in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in demolition project management is highly preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and results-driven with a commitment to quality.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities.
